Ink & Insight – Entry One

Happy February & welcome to the only consistent thing in my life. I’ve decided to start a journal series called “Ink & Insight”. Which given the title is ironic. I wanted to create this series to work on myself and document my journey. I believe that personal growth is fundamental to becoming a decent human being. Given the state of our world, country and my mental health; this is supposed to be a good idea. A place where I can share my success, failure, sadness, resentment and joy.  So what the heck am I even going to talk about? I know that I want to discuss my health, both mental and physical. My growth in my career and education. I’m not exactly sure if I’ll put this in the journal but I know eventually I wanna make some more posts on things that I’m passionate about. Some might say that I’ll be advocating. This journal primarily will be in a diary format. My goal is to post an entry every one to two weeks, depending on what my schedule will permit.

If you’ve ever seen the series “ glow up diaries” on YouTube by Alivia D’Andrea, well then this is somewhat similar.
